People are incarcerated by local, county and state governments all the time, long before trial, OJ, look at the Anthony trial, two examples of two innocent people being jailed, was it illegal?

The tent cities are legal. The inmates are convicted. I knew a man who spent a year and a half there on a drunk driving bust. A white guy. There ARE white guys there. Sheriff Joe put in televisions powered by stationary bikes. As long as you pedal, you can watch TV and the only channel is the Animal Planet.

The inmates are NOT convicted.

Sheriff Joe should be in jail and serving a term equal to the amount of time equal to the total amount of time every person found innocent that spent time in his tent cities spent. If there were 1000 people found innocent that spent an average of 10 days in his tent cities, he should be sentenced to 10,000 days.

Why don't you post links to all the people who were found innocent? They are housed, fed, watered, but just aren't provided five star amenities.

You make the mistake of assuming ConservaRepubs will be concerned about the Constitution when it applies to their issues.
They won't.
They love to prattle on about how they view someone else as having the wrong view or violating the USC but when it comes to issues and events done by their own, then the USC becomes um "flexible" to them. In other words, they will justify just about anything.
