The Jet Stream and Hurricanes...

:whip3: Last week, Ted Koppel's, late night program was on Hurricane Katrina and Rita...one small segment was on the relationship between the jet stream and its ability to effect the path and direction of Hurricanes. A small graphic showed the different paths of the jet stream for Katrina and Rita. It is very interesting that a weather phenomenon, the jet stream can effect the path of hurricanes...

On June 21, 1977, p.17, the New York Times reported that the Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago sold a 40 ton super-magnet to a Soviet Research facility "...in a new phase of joint effort to find more efficient ways to generate electrical energy."

The MHD generator had no moving parts and used a stream of "conductive gas" seeded with potassium and forced through a duct located in a magnet...as the gas passed through the magnetic field it creates electricity...the US sent 20 American specialists to work on the project.

The magnet was the largest of its type in world and could generate a magnetic field more than 250,000 times greater than that of the earth.

Other reports have suggested a super magnet of this type could alter the lines of magnetic force surrounding the earth and possibly alter the path of the jet stream...

1. The US made a similar supermagnet, using super-top-secret appropriations.

2. The US figured out exactly how to direct hurricanes into the Gulf Coast without ANYBODY ELSE noticing.

3. They successfully wiped out New Orleans, and then East Texas, because they want everyone to be afraid. Very afraid.
