Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the US. Department of the Interior, asks us "PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS." The policy's reasoning "The animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not be able to take care of themselves." HUH!

Great idea! Lets do random checks, like they do with random bag checks on NY subway. After all, we're all equal and in that spirit, lets grope nannies and babies on airport check points. What, we're already doing that? OK then, how about firefighters spray water on random houses or free random prostate exam or even better, ER to treat medical emergency cases randomly. Randomness is a new way to avoid bias. Think about it, we could have randomly give chemotherapy to heart attack patients, they will be more sensitized to the ordeals of cancer patients. Imagine courts award you child support for someone else's kids, randomly. Just don't ever profile anyone...
