Joseph...we've had this conversation a zillion times already. All of us want the wealthy to "pay their fair share". Which is why we need to cut their taxes by about 60% and make parasites such as yourself and Billyerock1991 actually start paying taxes. You parasites want a free ride.

Actually, if they got their fair share, t hey wouldn't be rich. I see a rich person, I see someone who cheated the people who did the actual work. Trump didn't get out there with a hammer and nails and build Trump Tower, a lot of working class folks did.

Trump did the hard work. The 18 hour days. You can (and they have) train a monkey to hammer nails. The people you worship put in 8 hour days of mindless, unskilled labor and you want them to have all of the money because you're envious.

thenn go to their second job and work another 8 hours ... then on the week end work two job to make ends meet ... where trump only worked 12hour days ... seem he's a little lazy ...

Folks...this right here illustrates the extraordinary ignorance of progressives. At no point did I claim that the wealthy pays a 60% tax rate. What I said is that we need to reduce their taxes by 60%.

So if they pay a tax rate of 35% and we reduce that by 60% their tax rate would become 14%.

Now that being said - all of us actually do pay a 60% tax rate. Billyerock1991 is so freak'n stupid he thinks that income tax is the only tax. He's not taking into account state income tax, then local income tax, then property tax, then capital gains tax, then sales tax (on every fuck'n item other than food), then gas tax, and about a dozen more. Billy is dumb. A special kind of dumb. Progressive kind of dumb.

Gipper, I remember hearing that kind of talk when Ike was elected, him being a general and all. It was going to be scandal (the Kay Weatherby (sp?) affair) and war enhanced (Korea already in progress), a military take-over, and the doom of democracy. I thought of that when it seemed possible that Trump may be elected, if he could just stop shooting himself in the foot, although he is not my choice. Ike turned out to be a peacemaker, an infrastructure upgrader, and a darn nice guy who saw danger in the Industrial/Military complex that we have ignored all these years. So I learned long ago to cool the doom talk. The Constitution is safe, my friend.

I am a lot more concerned with another side effect of the Trump candidacy. I do care about who Trump will take down with him. I think there is a move afoot to dethrone Paul Ryan out of sheer spite. I like Ryan, and if Hillary wins (likely) and Republicans keep the House, I believe Ryan would be the President's best foil, not some emotional tantrum screecher. In fact, he would a Trump best foil too, as a level headed legislator.

I find much of your post unacceptable.

Ike was not a peacemaker. He allowed the military industrial complex to grow uncontested, allowed the CIA enormous power resulting in coups in Iran and elsewhere causing terrible harm. He approved the Bay of Pigs...he was a terrible interventionist. He had to know the assassination of JFK was a coup by the Deep State, but did nothing. That said, Hillary is a thousand times worse than Ike. He was not a notorious crazed liar like she is. He was not so dumb as to call the head of Russia another Hitler.

To think the Constitution is safe, when it clearly is under assault by the Left, is delusional. The Bill of Rights is steadily and gradually being eliminated. The American ruling elite is so corrupt and criminal, the end is near. But I admire your ability to deceive yourself...and live in a dream world. I can't.

Ryan will be Hillary's butt boy. He will do as instructed as will Little Bitch McConnell, but you won't see it.

I want them to have a fair pay for hard work. Trump skill was 1) Having a rich Daddy and 2) Hiring people who didn't let his self-destructive tendencies completely bankrupt him. The point is, the 1% have 43% of the wealth, but they aren't doing 43% of the labor. If you let the wealthy cheat the unskilled labor, they'll cheat the skilled labor soon enough.

But nobody is getting "cheated". They are earning exactly what they are worth. The 1% is worth the 15% they earned.
