The idea that no solution exists never occurs to them & in this lies their strength

What will the teabaggers do if they get their wish and ascend to power only to discover that the American people actually want them to do something beside bitch about the status quo?

There is a reason why we always encourage our leaders to live by the principles of thrift and cut spending and taxes. Because it works.

The Deepest Depression of the United States happened in 1920. We were out of it within a year because of tax cuts and across the board spending cuts.
Yeah.....that's what happened......

Another Depression was predicted after World War II. It didn't happen. Why? Because we cut spending and taxes and paid off our debt.
Yeah.....sure.....THAT'$ what happened.......

Bitching about the status quo was good enough to get the current crop of goons put into power.

And the "current crop of goons" doesn't have the mentality that government is inherently evil. Just that the people running the government were hopelessly incompetent.
No, the current crop of goons has the mentality that government is the answer to all problems.

They do have a tendency to get somewhat tongue-tied, when asked for (actual) details.

They'll fix it.

How can they fix something they think is inherently evil?

It would be like making a pacifist the Chief of Staff of the Army.
"Evil"? No. Just far too big and bloated. Far bigger than what the Founding Fathers intended.

They'll do what all despots do, they'll find a group to blame and begin a campaign based on fear. Hate and Fear, works everytime.

Then insert inherently flawed. In other words, why should I put someone in charge of something they think is inherently bad?

I mean, that is less than inspiring. As much as people bitch about the government, see what happens when you start to eliminate it.

I rather enjoy cruising down the freeway at 70 mph without having to worry about pot holes.

A good and scary point.

They don't think government is inherently bad. They just don't like the way it's been implemented.

Perhaps you should study the TEA Party phenomenon some more before you comment further. It appears your understanding is imperfect, undoubtedly due to your sources of information.

I no longer have the freedom to decide whether or not I want health insurance. Some do-gooding liberal son of a bitch decided he knew better than I did.
And this presents a constitutional crisis and a Socialist plot to control the Republic?!?!?!

In some states, motorcyclists are forced FORCED by the Socialist do-gooder state to actually wear a helmet whenever they operate their bikes on the public roadways! Can you believe it? Why, if Thomas Jefferson ever wore a helmet, it was his decision alone!

Health care! bitch, please!
Roadways ARE public and Government is mandated by the Constitution to build roads, therefore they may mandate the people their use.

And to what auspices and audacity does the Government have to force commerce unto it's people regarding Healthcare?

Can you please point this out?
Isn't the compassionate Conservative response to the lack of health insurance "Go to the emergency room!"? Now, those ERs are overwhelmed and completely inefficient as to care for chronic disease, pre-natal care and advanced conditions brought about by the lack of medical attention. Public hospitals are worse.

Roadways.....public hospitals

And the cost of the lack of medical attention is greater than the cost of that care in the first place.

Right...And they're now showing us all just who's who when it comes to hopeless incompetence.

Yeah...And they project a lot, too.

Yeah. The teabaggers frequently say that. The problem is, most of them can't really articulate what it's about either.

When you line up the dots, it's basically a bunch of conservatives that are pissed off about the '08 election and stole one of Ron Paul's gimmicks. They've been facilitated by PAC and special interest groups to try and create the appearance of being grass roots.
