The Russians who have come to the US and are trying to become Citizens are the elite who have made big bucks in Russia, but now pick the US to live in because here they can keep it. Russian Government can and does change the rules overnight, so you could be restricted from leaving, and taking your money with you. One guy said he had to leave his house and not sell it because the OLD KBG would show you as a suspicious Citizen. The Russians love this Nation for its freedom, and good steady laws.
