US, right?I don't see anything suspicious about phone calls between people who all work together. Furthermore, Schiff violated the 4th Amendment. How did he get these phone records? Its illegal for him to have them without a warrant.
Not illegal at all. There is no expectation of privacy when it comes to phone call records. This was decided decades ago in the SCOTUS decision Katz v United States.
