Not sure what youre talking about. Never heard of a place call negro. If you mean Black then how would a white boy know if a Black person is talking correctly? How is a white boy going to tell a Black person if he is speaking say Yoruba correcly?

Blacks in the south were taught english by barely literate whites. They werent allowed to go to school so they eventually developed their own way of talking primarily to disguise what they were saying. Most educated Blacks spoke english better than any white person.
