The greatest threat to freedom is on campus

If you think me walking around in a dress and supporting even more freedoms for all is the biggest threat to freedom. I'd like to know what you're smoking as I am interested.

Seriously, what do you think I want to take away from you? List them.

1. My freedom to be trans

No, I don't care who, or what you schtupp, what you wear, or what is between your legs. I literally never think about it.

2. You want to limit marriage

Nope, don't care. Marry a goat if you can convince PETA it's not animal cruelty.

3. You want to stop people from using birth control

Nope, don't care what kind of birth control you use or don't use -- as long as you pay for it yourself.

4. You want to force Christianity into the class room.

I'm Jewish ... that would be the last thing I'd want.

5. Stop me from using the bathroom

Use the bathroom if you like. Just follow the signs that EVERY other person has to follow. Until they eliminate gender-assigned toilets, it's a social convention.

6. Stop me from changing gender on ID

Gender is on IDs not for purposes of discrimination but for the purpose of identification. If you have your gender re-assigned surgically then you're more than free to have your re-assigned gender placed on your ID. However, as long as your gender is based on your ephemeral whim of the day, your genetic gender must suffice. You can't change your eye-colour on your ID just because you sometimes where contacts.

7. Stop me from joining the Military.

Join the military if you like ... I think it would do you a world of good. But, when you join the military, you take an oath to follow the dictates of military discipline. You cannot breach that discipline the same as any member of the military.

You haven't lost ANY rights... you merely claim new rights that never existed and whinge like a child with a skinned knee about how you're being oppressed.

Lol,

You're the greatest threat to freedom...You want to force your fundie crap on everyone and stop people from being free.

You want to tell people who they can marry
You want to tell people who they can be and how they should dress
You want to control what people smoke or do in life
You want to keep us the most imprisoned nation on earth

Don't fucking talk to me about the greatest threat being on the campus taliban idiot. It is in the south and it plays to the same tone as the islamic state and taliban with their religious idiocy.

Same shit different religion that is all...Real freedom is promoted on the campus and has always came out of it. Like the french revolution....

EVERGREEN STATE’S RACIST SAFE SPACE HELL
The greatest threat to freedom is on campus.
June 1, 2017

Daniel Greenfield

...

From now on all official Evergreen State events must begin by stating that it is built on stolen Indian land. The president’s pronoun was an admission of his cisgender privilege. It was the first of a series of ritual humiliations that he would undergo. And no one deserved them more than George Bridges.

Bridges had been the author of an op-ed titled, "Why students need trigger warnings and safe places". Now he had to stand there while the leftist crybullies he had been sheltering shouted, “F__ you George; we don’t wanna listen to a goddamn thing you have to say! No, you shut the f___ up.”

And the President of Evergreen State College expressed his gratitude "for the passion and courage you have shown me".

"I apologize... I will commit to working on my own racism....I am a work in progress,” he mumbled.

The latest explosion of leftist racism at Evergreen State College began when Kai-Avé Douvia, a Puerto Rican/Native American student, spoke out against left-wing racism by Black Nationalists.
...

His students showed up, but they were also being targeted. The professor posted a screenshot by a social justice activist offering to share the “names and faces of students in Bret’s class”.
...

The new Nazism finds its expression on the campuses once packed with the students who had defeated it. It is a tragic irony that the greatest totalitarian threat to freedom of speech in this country can be found among the leafy quads and glass and steel buildings of the modern liberal arts college.

The greatest threat to freedom is corporatism.

UCLA PURGES PROFESSOR KEITH FINK
Campus remains hostile to free speech, conservatives.
July 13, 2017

UCLA basketball coach John Wooden won ten NCAA championships in 12 years, including seven in a row. Those days are long gone but UCLA is now a leader in hostility to conservatives and free speech. Consider UCLA’s campaign against professor Keith Fink, an academic John Wooden who as a UCLA student won three consecutive National Collegiate Debate championships.

Fink went on to complete law school then in 2008 returned to teach in the UCLA communications department. In that role he proved popular with students, particularly on the subject of free speech. On the other hand, his dedication to the First Amendment disturbed politically correct campus bosses, who restricted access to his classes.

Professor Fink handed out dozens of permission-to-enroll numbers but as Evolet Chiu wrote in the Daily Bruin, the PTE numbers were not honored for Fink’s Communication Studies 167: “Sex, Politics and Race: Free Speech on Campus.” Kerri Johnson, the new chair of the communication studies department, also restricted Fink’s class size for Communication Studies M172: Free Speech in the Workplace.

...

Robert Gardner, who accused Siegel of racism, urged the new student council to declare UCLA a sanctuary campus for those who feel vulnerable under the Trump administration, including Muslims and those in the country illegally.

As Keith Fink supporter Kiran Gill said, “It is really wrong what UCLA is doing.”

On # 6 I don't care, but the tax payer should not pay for it. The rest is just plain b/s...

You're a threat to my freedom.

You want to stop me from smoking pot
You want to take my workers rights away
You want to reduce my pay
You want to make life harder on people.
Your a rabid left-wing snowflake/crybaby crying about everything, go butt chug another box of wine. By the way your a threat to yourself...

To have “worker rights”, you'd have to be a worker. That welfare check that you're complaining about us wanting to reduce comes out of the pockets of people like myself who work hard to earn it; and you want to reduce our pay, and make life harder on us, so that you can sit on your ass and smoke pot all day, and never lift a finger to contribute anything to society.
