I love my state, I really do. But the absolutely psychotic Democrat/union controlled legislature that runs it makes for interesting times to say the least.

At least Governor Brown had the stones to veto the insane, so-called balanced, budget. Although, there are those who believe the whole thing was planned for him to veto it. Who knows?

So, of course, what does my (I use that term loosely) state legislature want to do? They want to extend the so-called temporary tax increases that are set to expire on June 30. It's genius, absolute genius. Do these people have a soul?

Another--maybe the most important--question is: Are the people who keep re-electing these greed bags brain dead? WTF?!
