After two years of having their budget bills IGNORED by the Democratic Senate, they should demand that the Democrats introduce a budget bill and then let it pass with all Republicans abstaining. This would place responsibility for the results squarely on the the shoulders of the Democrats. At this point, what does a couple of trillion dollars more of national debt matter?

Sorry but house elections are played out over small districts not National elections. The GOP's ability to hold the house is not at all related to their ability to win a National Election. If they do not change, the house is the only thing they will have for some time to come.
