The GOP is Losing Credibility Daily

The memos just declassified describing the Bush/Cheney authorization of torture by the military and the CIA show that getting the programs established for intense and abusive interrogations of terrorist suspects was forward thinking by that administration. Instead of waiting for the need to legalize torture to run through the legal system, Bush and his gang saw to it that they were well prepared in advance to get the information they wanted, when they needed it. As more and more classified material is released, it will prove to all Americans that the GOP knows how to get things done.
The Republicans have shown that they do not wait for an event, they legalize methods that until they need them are illegal, and then they torture who they want and get the intelligence they want. The accuracy of that intelligence is unimportant; it just needs to support their agenda.
Heck of a job you guys, I am certain your staunch supporters will defend and justify every one of your criminal acts. They always do.

Reagan and Bush one are resopnsible for the deficit? Yet very nearly every budget they sent to congress was essentially DOA. Because the House was a Democratic cess pool since Ike was president. And the House of representative is constitutionally where all spending bills must originate.

Bullshit.

Reagan and Bush lowered taxes for the rich and increased spending.

The tax cut and spend Republicans created 90% of the National Debt.

What about Obama's contribution to the debt, you dumb fuck? You keep forgetting that he is going to at a bare minimum double Bush's debt. Obama is doing what right now? Lowering taxes and increasing spending, you stupid mindless fuckhead.

As a matter of fact, Bush kinda went against the GOP on several issues ... spending being one.

Bush never campaigned on a platform of cutting spending. For good reason, if it had he'd have probably lost. He promised to expand medicare before the 2000 election and was elected to do that. He also talked about building up the military. People knew they were getting a spender.

Rather, he sold the same "voodoo" economic crap that he could both cut taxes and raise revenues. The pass the buck generation lapped that up that BS line too.

He kept his promises of spending a bundle and cut taxes. But revenues fell hundreds of billions as a result to the tax cuts. Result - $5 trillion more debt.

He screwed up on the Medicare issue, but meh. My point was he didn't follow the GOP well, so he is not a good example of them at all.

Only time will tell. Hopefully there will be more on the tax and less on the spend and fewer trillions
