The Obama administration has repeatedly claimed that the health-reform bill it passed last year improved Medicare's finances. Although you'd never know it from the current state of the Medicare debate—with the Republicans being portrayed as the Medicare Grinches—the claim is true only because ObamaCare explicitly commits to cutting health-care spending for the elderly and the disabled in future years.

Yet almost no one familiar with the numbers thinks that the planned brute-force cuts in Medicare spending are politically feasible. Last August, the Office of the Medicare Actuary predicted that Medicare will be paying doctors less than what Medicaid pays by the end of this decade and, by then, one in seven hospitals will have to leave the Medicare system.

The truth is that Libs don't care about kids in schools.
They don't care about the elderly.
They don't care about inner city black people
They don't care about workers
They don't care about the middle class.

If they did they would not be pushing policies that have been proven failures for 50 years in regard to all these cases.

Question: Am I wrong, or is Obama also planning to cut an additional 400 billion as part of his so-called revised budget plan? Wasn't that one of the ways he was going to cut 4 trillion in the next 12 years?

Actually, I don't beleive the federal gov't will cut anywhere near the original 500 billion anyway, or that health care costs won't go through the roof if ObamaCare is not repealed.

So you think that prior to 1965 all Doctors were poor. Would you care to document that?

Or that post-1965 all doctors are rich. This considering that Medicare reimburses at a rate well below actual cost. And that not all that many doctors actually take Medicare.
