The GOP and Diversity

Where did you pull that 99% number from? (I would guess somewhere unmentionable, but I will refrain)

17% of the delegates athe the Republican convention were minorities. Hardly the 1% that you purport. it is up 7% from 4 years ago, as more and more of those who have been mislead by the Democratic socialist programs begin to see that personal responsibility is the way to a better life.

In the last 40 years $9 TRILLION has been spent on poverty programs.....and what does it get us? More poverty...the programs first introduced by the Democrats are not a benefit to society, and they do not empower more people to get out of poverty. It encourages more people to figure out how to get a bigger, free lunch and "entitlements."

Please come back to the table Mr. Joyce, only bring some factual information, not some make believe Litany that you have been brainwashed with.

It's an ad for an anti republican book. Low score on believabilty.

How many non-whites in carter, ford or clintons white house ? Zero.

WHo freed the Slaves ? Republicans.
Who fought the Civil rights act ? Democrats.
party of US Senator formally a KKK leader = Democrats ( R. Byrd)

Whose about to get his false Irish brahmin arse kicked this November ?
Kerry.

Read the link.

Read the link, it is a bunch of BS. Care to use census data or some other apolitical source of information? (only if you want your supposition to be totally shot down)

Look, it's a matter of hard fact that among legislatures of the fifty states and the Congress, one percent of GOP'ers are white. If you need a hint, look at the latter: It has NONE. The only one it had, J.C. Watts, is now gone. If you're unwilling to face hard facts, I can only assume that you're a liberal and beyond repair.

The point is that racial groups cluster for power. Blacks do, Hispanics do, Jews do. Whites do, too, but they're the only group 1) ashamed of it and 2) in deep denial about it. My recommendation is that they drop this shame, because politics is war, baby. The other groups are KICKING OUR ASSES, and WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER and fight back.

So you change the rules, fine. First you say 1% of Republicans are not white. Then you say that less than 1% are not elected (a completely different story). Have you taken a look at the cabinet? More "minorities" than in any cabinet in history (or will you ignore this fact, as well?)

Have you completely ignored the fact that 17% of the delegates at the RNC were not white?

Seems as though you are not willing to look at the facts of the matter, yourself. Maybe if you keep repeating the same thing, time and again, it will become true....and maybe monkeys will fly out of my ass, too! (neither will happen, I'm certain!)

Yeah. This is called affirmative action.

This, too.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing about you. I think it's the Republicans who refuse to look at facts. The fact is that the Republican party is the party of whites. Everything else is wishful thinking and smoke and mirrors. Nobody buys it, except the Republicans. They're so brainwashed by P.C. that they can't accept their own whiteness. That's sad.

Sounds very much like you support class/ racial warfare. You look at what divides, and not what unites, and that is the biggest problem I have with your perspective. You cannot accept the most racially diverse cabinet in history as anything more than affirmative action? (affirmative action is oppressive!) How about having the very best and the brightest in the positions they were appointed, or do you think that it is best to have a brown or a black or a grey there, just to fill a space?

Close to 1 in 5 at the convention were just bodies filling spots? You may want to re-think your vapid statement.

I wish you the best in your deluded state of consciousness.

It doesn't need "support." It just is.
