Little kids know that during the period, 1861-1865, that GOP showed the world just how incompetent they in fact had become. Rather than a national, crisis resolution mode: The GOP set White People to killing off one another in a nasty war.
Now, we are engaged in another assault on the better sensibilities of the South--including just possibly, much of humanity. In this matter, the one Head Anglo In Charge of the coastal clean-up, will be allied with a second Head Anglo In Charge of likely public works employment projects in the Region.
Even after 1861-1865, the Abraham-Lincoln-Center-For-Crisis-Management concept mode was more in the framework of, "None of The Above!"
There are clear differences between the two major U. S. political parties.
Soon, however, The Federal Legislature will be asked to confirm another Ivy Leauger to the Supreme Court itself. It is famously recalled that the Abraham-Lincoln-Center-For-Crisis-Management concept mode had also blown Amendment XIII, just somehow(?)! And so there occurrred, Amendment XIV.
So what does she know, and when did she know it(?): Or something like that. Firstly, no one will ask her if persons actually born in the United States have any Civil Right to anything other than a pittance! Then no one will comment that any person actually born in the United States: Has no Civil Right to the Fortune of Bill Gates, or even that part of it, being given away: As a birth entitlement extended to all people. Then no one will ask if at all there is a lack of equity in said arrangement, much less any lack of equal treatment under law. Do others not born of billionaires fail to have the same civil rights that seems to apply to the billionaire offspring--just for example?
The law, and its teachers, do not address the arithmetic problem that becomes the law. In a fixed percentage, income-raise economy: No one could possibly contend that birth is entitlement to wealth at the start, except that privilege, and lack of equal treatment, exists instead. The Rich get richer. The poor get poorer. Even the mortgage no longer gets paid, and even the mortgage-holder no longer gets paid. That is the law.
Now suppose over time that equal-amount raises are paid, and raised and paid, and raised and paid. . . .and on and on into time as long as there is. Anyone notices that entitlements change, and that therefore even the reasoning changes.
The gift of U. S., University faculty--to the entire planet and generations: Is that the simple difference cannot be presented, debated or published, made a part of instruction or put into the law. That happened 35 years ago, at Indiana University, (Bloomington): No other institution or faculty even pretending to dissent. The grading continued. The Support of it all continued. People were sent to be killed intentionally, not knowing anything about the difference.
Arthmetic is clearly an intentional act. Clearly, Teaching is not possible at any grade level, without the doctoral degree, uneless it is believed that some kids are better than other kids, and that all the other kids are not worth the extra effort.
Clearly all persons born dissent from that contention on a daily basis. Clearly the outcome is intentional and intended. Anyone notices, things as they are.
The nominee for the Supreme Court even: Will not be questioned about the Ivy League understanding of what the law is for, and how it really works!
