Garrett's still my choice. Yeah, the 'Boys should have won this one, but they stayed in it through the end. A Wade Phillips Cowboys team would not have come from behind in the second half.

Garrett's only had seven weeks to work with what Phillips left behind. He's done very well, all things considered. But I'm afraid that Jones is going to go for a big name rather than let Garrett mature as a coach. And that's too bad, because Garrett is all about leadership. And in my experiences, leadership is what makes all the difference in the world. If Jones opts to go with someone else, some NFL team is going to jump at the chance to take Garrett, and rightly so.
 
Rule #1: Never trust a kicker.
Yep I've known that since I was the longsnapper in high school days. The kicker blames the holder, then the holder blames the snapper.

A missed conversion was like a "the buck stops here" sort of thing. Because I had noone to blame before me in the chain of events.
