… no more Mr Niceguy:

Democratic Leaders Willing to Risk Party Damage to Stop Bernie Sanders
WASHINGTON — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer, the minority leader, hear constant warnings from allies about congressional losses in November if the party nominates Bernie Sanders for president.
...Dozens of interviews with Democratic establishment leaders this week show that they are not just worried about Mr. Sanders’s candidacy, but are also willing to risk intraparty damage to stop his nomination at the national convention in July if they get the chance.
...“We’re way, way, way past the day where party leaders can determine an outcome here, but I think there’s a vibrant conversation about whether there is anything that can be done,” said Jim Himes, a Connecticut congressman and superdelegate, who believed the nominee should have a majority of delegates.

Whats your problem... You won't vote for any of them anyway...

Yes there are moderates in the party who are concerned if the party if the they choose a candidate further to the left. They want to win, if they think Bernie gives them that, great.

It is not like they are voting for a guy with a half a dozen bankruptcies, a string of sexual assault allegations, a willingness to lie multiple times a day.....

I like Bernie, I think he is more a Social Democrat with his policies rather than a Democratic Socialist...

There is a nihilist flavor to the "new & improved" Democrat Socialist Party. Maybe it's more a self-immolation/martyrdom thing.

Either way I appreciate the passion and may be one of the few who found the last debate to be wonderful entertainment for the masses.

This shit is overblown to the max. It's the same bunch of cowardly corporate democrats that seem to fold up under republican pressure every single time. There is a thirst for real courage out there, democrats can supply that in spades if these party bosses quit bringing couch cushions to the republican knife fight.

Please keep saying that... It tells us nothing about Sanders but a lot about you...

There is no Commies...

It is pretty simple and all you have to do is compare US to other wealthy countries...

In this Bernie is right... US taxpayers spend as much per captia as the UK on Healthcare (just public money) but have far less to show for it. Why? because while you worry that someone might get your money and you don't care if it costs everyone more...

That is what Social Democracy is... Another name for it is Regulated Capitalism... Why are you against Regulated Capitalism?

Well let's look at one of the countries Bernie is holding up, Germany.

They are not Communist.

They run a Surplus of 2% of GDP... When has the US last done that. And they are doing that during a natural economic slow down. They have 3.1% unemployment and a larger Middle Class.

The have Universal Healthcare, good social safety net, free university education, good environmental policies, very low crime rates (a few years back the police use a total of 120 bullets in a year).....

Before you critize Germany. Their German subsidiaries provide 674,000 jobs in the US at an average salary of 92k. Highest in R&D, Second highest in Manufacturing.

They are very pro union and believe their workers are very important stakeholders in their companies.

By the way in all these countries you can buy Private Health Insurance if you want. In Sweden it costs $450 a year... What is wrong with paying that for private health insurance...

Try to stay on subject, Comrade Teddy. We are not discussing Germany - which is not socialist - but rather Comrade Bernie's "Workers' Paradise" fantasy for America. Either you have no idea what he is promoting or are playing that age-old game of socialism-ain't-so-bad. Put away the lipstick … all your dancing fools absolutely no one.

Isn't it true that Bernie has actual admitted Communists working for him?
