The Trump Administration again makes news when it asks the USSC to provide an accelerated hearing on the so-called "Trans Ban."

Is this not total bullshit? No one is being banned, or even forced out. Reportage of this matter is The Worst.

Imagine a recruiter talking to "Joe." Joe wants to enlist, but he tells the recruiter that he intends to serve as "Joanne," and wants to be referred to as "she."

Recruiter says, "No."

Joe is free to enlist and serve according to his biological gender...or not.

Where and what is the Ban?

If Kobe Bryant approached a WNBA team and asked if he could play as "Karen," how would that go over. If rejected, would he say that he was "banned"?

Many, many people want to be what they are not. They want to be popular singers like Bee-yon-say, they want to be great athletes, they want to be famous actors, or guitarists, etc., etc., etc.

But if you are a boy wanting to be a girl - even a fat, homely girl - you can do that. The problem lies in FORCING society to accept that choice in situations where it makes no sense and could potentially harm others.

At best, it is a neurosis. At worst, psychosis. No one benefits when the delusion is patronized.

There is more to "trans" besides wearing a freaking dress. Transexuals have to take medication constantly for a lot of reasons including countering the effects of the hormones that their bodies produce naturally. The military has never accepted recruits that need constant medical attention in the history of the military. Why should they accept freakazoids who disrupt the fabric of the military as a social experiment?
