No, its not. What the Obama administration is doing right now is the antithesis of everything upon which this nation was founded. Kudos, champ! In the administrations despicable attempts to blame a film for violence and deaths at our embassies, all as a way to justify its own failed and deadly policies of appeasement, they are condemning free speech and trying to make it a criminal act.
As Twitchy reported, the Pentagon called a private American citizen to ask him to withdraw his support for the film. Then, the administration asked YouTube to take down the video, all while investigating the filmmaker. Next, in a chilling display, they brought him in for questioning. His crime? CrimeThink. Secretary of State Clinton shamelessly and shamefully again blamed free speech while flanked with the coffins of the four Americans killed in Libya. Americans who exemplified our ideals and principles. Americans who fought for the very freedom she condemned.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- The California man believed to be the maker of an anti-Islam film that ignited a firestorm in the Muslim world was cooperative when authorities escorted him to a voluntary interview, officials said Saturday.
"It was all choreographed," said Steve Whitmore of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. "He was ready and willing and very cooperative."
Whitmore told CNN that Nakoula left the local sheriff's station after the federal officials were done interviewing him.
"He is gone and he is free," he said of Nakoula, who was bundled up in a coat, hat and white scarf as he was escorted from his house. Nakoula decided to cover himself, Whitmore told CNN affiliate KCAL/KCBS.
Whitmore earlier dismissed reports that Nakoula had been arrested, saying he was never in handcuffs or in custody.

The specific term in the probation that they were going to use was that Nakoula could not access the internet. He would have accessed the internet had he posted the clip. So we know one other thing, he's not responsible for posting the clip. Probably not for dubbing it into arabic either.

Actually how probation works is, it is at the discretion of the PO. So what we really know is 1) they do not have evidence at this time to prove that he posted it, or 2) the PO did not feel that is was a serious enough charge to put him in jail.
