I think Hussein should be forced to make a homosexual porn video with Michael Moore as his partner.

Actually, the governments of most "democratic" countries go against the wishes of their citizens by not allowing for the death penalty. I would not call that "democratic".

I keep hearing people that would demand a "trial by peers" here in the USA calling for him to be tried by an International Court. That would not at all make any sense! Let him be tried by his "peers" and let him see how he likes it!
