Obama is appearing in ads in California supporting Kamala Harris for Senate.

In the state of California, people can lose gun ownership rights for various reasons.

Because the law doesn't make sense, most people keep their guns in their house during the banishment.

Kamala Harris was the first politician to send law enforcement to people's homes to collect guns.

* Some people handed over their guns

* Some people acted like they weren't home

* Some people told law enforcement to screw off

Any person can be held under 3 day "mental evaluation" by suggestion of the police, fire department, are even employees in a hospital who feel you "look agitated"

People held for "mental evaluation" in the state of California automatically lose their Constitutional rights to gun ownership for 5 years, which can be, but won't be overturned by a judge

Understandably , the anti-gun government is trying to push "no gun" lists on a nation al basis, due to the fact they can disarm people simply b y placing them on a list without any kind of trial.



California has pretty much done away with democracy, we don't know where these people come from and they always run against some low-funded opponent so they win easily. Much of the time we have 2 Democrats running against each other

Anyone who can should abandon that State and let it collapse as quickly as possible. That way there will be a chance to bring it back. If it is allowed to fester too long it will not be saveable.
