IMHO that looks like somebody had the gall to try to mimic White Privilege's, affirmative action, that we Whites have exercised for centuries here on the Homeland. Shame on them!... We all should be outraged to learn of this behavior by the Biden Admin and NBCFAE!! This is far worse than violating civil rights laws.
How dare Biden think him and those WSC Blacks can do, what we Whites do, since the mid-1920s through the 80s/90s no doubt indeed. Yep. Waaay back in the good ol' days when frontiersmen of ALPA were paving the way for mediocre/subpar pilots to have nice commercial airline careers.

But hey at least we know one thing, since FAA is ran by Progressive Liberals... there won't be any dark-skinned Blacks among those applicants. lol
They'll at least sort of look like us... which will ease most of concerned tensions when boarding those planes as such passengers who like to take a peek in the cockpit when walking by.
