The EU & Lukashenko are friends?

I'm from Denmark and I'm confused because of the EU intensions to become friends with Belarus. The EU is going to offer Belarus an interim plan of a new cooperation form if the upcoming elections in Belarus will be fair. I'm very disappointed by that fact because the UE is going to shut its eyes down to Lukashenko's crimes in the past and the new political murders during the election campaign! There are no fundamental reasons to develop any relations with Lukashenko and those relations are impossible with his regime! It looks like the Munich Pact between Hitler and the Western democracies. We shouldn't encourage the tyrant and murderer just because of his anti-Moscow position. In the past that resulted in the Holocaust and the world war. However this time we have a chance to prevent the repetition of the former mistakes and we must use it!
