It doesn't just point to him being born in Hawaii. The guy was born in Hawaii.

But that fact won't ever stop the dumbass birfers who're gonna believe what they believe no matter what.

Obama was most likely born in Hawaii. If he really was born in another country someone at that hospital by now would have dug up proof of him being born there and sold the evidence for millions. It would be a huge payday. The fact no one has tells me he was most likely born in the US.

I will say this. Obama certainly hasn't helped himself by being so secretive. He should just produce the BC and shut everyone up. The fact that he hasn't just keeps the mystery and controversy going. He's only hurting himself by all this.

Because I believe there are more than two options, let's gray the line a little bit!

I think it was a virgin birth , your pissing on jesus return , they are both black , so .

don't you people feel stupid ? just a bit ?

:eusa_eh:

Actually, if anything.. It helps him. A conversation revolving around his birthplace benefits him a wholllle lot more than one about our economy.

Obama did ask for his BC, and they gave him the Certificate of Live Birth. That is accepted as a BC. The originial, which is in Hawaii, has been certified by a Republican governor, and by health officials.

But keep the "controversy" going.. It helps Obama

Guess what folks!

It doesn't matter where Obama was born.

A YUP.

His mother was a U.S. citizen, so he was born a U.S. citizen no matter where he was born.

The whole discussion is idiotic!

Not true.

Under the current law (8 USC §1401) if a person born outside the United States to one parent who is a United States Citizen and one who is an alien, the citizen parent must have been a citizen for 5 years prior to the birth, 2 of which must be after reaching the age of 14.

At the time of Obama's birth, the applicable section of the United States Code was written under the Immigration and Nationalization Act of 1952 (Section 301). At the time the requirement was to have been a citizen for 10 years, 5 of which had to be after the age of 14. Stanley Dunham was born November 29, 1942, Barrack Obama was born August 4, 1961. Stanley Dunham couldn't pass citizenship to an offspring born outside US territory until her 19th birthday which was on November 29, 1961. Obama was born 3-months shy of that mark. So if his birth had been outside the territory or the United States, no he wouldn't have been a citizen at birth.

Not making a claim either way on where Obama was born. Just pointing out a factual error in the law.

And for what its worth, it doesn't matter whether he is a US citizen. It matters if he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. There is a difference in definition.

I believe he was born in Hawaii, but there are holes in Obama's story.
^My vote, but I still think he spent most of life in Kenya, also I don't believe he is a Christian, he is Islam leaning, if his Turkey rubbish and praise of the Islamic world and religion is anything to go by. :cuckoo:
You mean like Bush standing up for Islam and smooching the Saudi Prince?

that's not very eastery

one problem i see, i when i pose what i believe to be a legitimate question, such as has anyone asked the president why he doesn't want to show it ?

or , has anyone in hawaii ever made a copy of a long form b c ? or was there a law that states dunham had to have lived in hawaii for ten year six of which after the age of sixteen ?

the protecters of obama come back with... "well look at trumps hair, and he's a stupid joke..." or "you must be a racist"... or "it's been on the web for years"

well apparently it hasn't. my question and motivation for having truther rallies in d.c. this summer, is "if as a candidate to get elected, you touted tranparency, why are you now acting all clandestine". why should we take the word of two people who may or may not be involved in a cover up.

no one has been able to answer my original question, is the document online that looks like a car title, an exact facsimile of the one in the vault ?? or is it an aftermarket representation of some of the information on the original longform, which has been shown to exist, admitted by the people who are hiding it.

None of the above,I dont know where he was born .I DO know he is a evil fascist and radical socialist.
He is the worst POTUS of alll time.

Ever?

Probably, but Hawaiian laws change, what may be issued to a person that requests their birth certificate now may be different than what a person received 50 years ago.

No there was never such a law. States cannot mandate that you live in a state for any period of time prior to being able to give birth in that state. However there is federal law along those lines.

Under the current law (8 USC §1401) if a person born outside the United States to one parent who is a United States Citizen and one who is an alien, the citizen parent must have been a citizen for 5 years prior to the birth, 2 of which must be after reaching the age of 14. At the time the requirement was to have been a citizen for 10 years, 5 of which had to be after the age of 14. That only pertains to birth outside of U.S. Territory to one citizen and one non-citizen, birth on United States Soil is governed under the 14th Amendment and there are no age restrictions.

i would believe no matter what, if i could just see that secret birth certificate on the first floor of that building in hawaii, till then it's a scandal. from the beginning they should have lied about it's existence at all, instead of lying about whether or not the world can see it. it's dirty, the whole thing. and when the rallies happen, you will say it's our fault, and we will say "we just wanted the truth from the beginning.." the fate of our nation rests with two politicians, and a sweet little old lady in hawaii. another potential conflict that could have been avoided, if our transparent president was only clear.

Here's another fact of law:

No court in the U.S. is going to overturn an election because his mother, a U.S. citizen by birth, was 3 months shy of her 19th birthday. Anyone who thinks so is a moron.

Why? Because:

1. The conditions of the Immigration and Nationalization Act of 1952 (Section 301) are arbitrary.

2. Those conditions have been changed by current law - no doubt due to the prior code being unduly cruel.

The fact is Obama is a U.S. citizen and by law the valid President of the United States.

Not to mention:

HE WAS BORN IN HAWAII!

1. The President's birth certificate has been made public.

2. It has been absolutely proven that he was born in the U.S.

3. You're continued refusal to believe the truth and propagate lies just makes you look like an extremely sleazely and incredibly stupid individual.

one thing you missed is that she would have had to notify the nearest U.S. Embassy of the brith no matter how old she was.

Here's another fact of law:

No court in the U.S. is going to overturn an election because his mother, a U.S. citizen by birth, was 3 months shy of her 19th birthday. Anyone who thinks so is a moron.

You miss the point of the legal question that was being addressed. If Obama had been born overseas in August 1961, he would not have been a citizen and therefore would not have been on the ballot to begin with.

Why? Because:

1. The conditions of the Immigration and Nationalization Act of 1952 (Section 301) are arbitrary.

No they were the law as were part of the United States Code at the time.

2. Those conditions have been changed by current law - no doubt due to the prior code being unduly cruel.

The change in the law reflected in 8 USC 1401 because of a change in (IIRC) 1986 would not have been applied retroactively. The citizenship status of anyone born prior to that change date would be evaluated under the law at the time, not under the law as it was changed to 25-years later.

HE WAS BORN IN HAWAII!

Probably, which is why the discussion of "what if" is a mental legal exercise only. This series of posts was simply about correcting your misstatement of the law in post #10.

BTW a poll without showing peoples names is useless so in no way can this be takes as an "end all be all."

People will vote to make the "other side" look worse in polls like this because we can't see them.
