Seems the same for many sports
Golf courses are closing for lack of customers. I drive by public tennis courts every day and they are rarely being used. Kids would rather play video games than go to a bowling alley and most of them are kind of seedy
We have a really nice one here. It's an arcade/bowling alley, so you can win tokens and use them to buy things, like food or drinks, whatever. There are a fair amount of teens that go there, but I agree that generally speaking, kids are at home on their phones/computers or maybe out playing Pokemon Go. Lol.
