Normally I would agree with that, because in reality all the "rights" he actually did take away were not really rights or had no impact on our lives in this era, however, Palins background shows she cares more about her personal ideals than what is right and wrong. So it stands to reason she wouldn't care about individual rights at all. It's just a more likely possibility, not fact, like how I said Obama was not what he claimed during the campaign.
You forget ladies and Gentlemen that the one job the Vice president does have is to gavel the Senate into session and vote to break ties... So biden is technically still in the senate though he is no longer a Senator.

Just to be fair, based on the number of Democrats in the administration that don't pay their taxes, they probably do think it's voluntary.
