And didn't GE just announce they are transferring their X ray division to China and will begin evaluating the transfer of other divisions there to take advantage of emerging nations? WTF is up with that?

When you have a game of three way chicken with the world economy, the exchanges will worry about the outcome.

It is not just the Republicans who are being intransigent here. Every time the house and senate have come up with a deal, Obama has shot it down.
