Where Upstate? If you're in the North Country, I'm sure that's true. But if you're in Buffalo, Rochester or Albany, not so much.

I'm working on the Connecticut governor's race, and all the literature for Dan Malloy has pictures of Obama on it.


I don't agree with the tactics, but they're definitely using it.
