Someone although mentally retarded yet who retained the ability to plan and execute a murder is not the equal of someone who never committed the crime in the first place no matter how liberals want to make them equal.

This man is in prison because he didn't file a paper on time. This has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. The appeal filed by the state should be immediately dismissed as frivolous. The timely filing of a paper does not supercede factual innocence.
