The Democrats' Big Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ...

No Billy_Kinetta the way they should be selling this
is SEE we pushed for health care reform, and they will
argue the ACA mandates were necessary to force alternatives.
Like holding a gun to someone's head to force them to hand over
their money to you, instead of agreeing to invest or donating freely.

They will argue this proves that govt had a compelling interest to force it by law.
In order for any change to take place.

That's what is still sick and wrong about the whole abuse of govt for health care.
It misses the point that health care involves beliefs and personal freedom
that are part of individual liberty and free choice. Not to be hijacked or controlled by govt!!!!

* Repugnican Dumb Ass Sorry "

So here we go again , back to pubescent long time whining that government debt is too vast and the biggest expense is medical costs , pathetic !

The affordable care act was a goose for the pubes as it shifted the administration of medical expenses to a different statistic , away from meticulous management by a federal bureaucracy on to private sector insurance companies which deal directly with health care providers and the insured .

Unlike private insurance companies which offset losses with gains through investment of premiums , we damn sure do not want unqualified bureaucrats or the nepotism of their hired guns doing that !

Thus the federal government changed the statistic of accrued medical costs by optioning to subsidize insurance on a graduated scale for those between 0% and 400% of the poverty line .

Be mindful that if one is beyond 400% of the poverty line , then the federal government is not " taking private property without just compensation " and the government has zero to say about whether one maintains an insurance policy period .

The biggest issue with medical procedures is the absurd costs and much as costs for in network procedures are negotiated , insurance products and procedures need to be customized to that end .

And yet for political expedience the pubes pandered to those whining that expending anywhere from 3% to 9% of their annual income for medical insurance , literally a tax the pubes had been blubbering about , was less preferred than walking into a medical facility and bilking the taxpayer !

Getting rid of the individual mandate was one of the dumbest acts possible .

Welcome to the real world idiots !
