Looks like the last chance for the Republicans to kill the bill will be just after 6:30PM and the final bill vote will happen an hour or two after that (I've seen it reported differently in some places) Expect delays and such since the arguments will be going on all day long.
In any case, whatever your feelings about this legislation, it's a good idea to be plenty tipsey no later than 8:00PM (for some of us the basketball tourney will help that along) as the atmosphere will be dense with patisanship whatever happens.
