The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America (video)

When I went to primary/elementary school the teacher told me off for drawing a triangular house, even though there was a triangular house in our town, and the teacher didn't know a thing about disabilities thus assumed I was stupid when I was in fact dyslexic back then. Not sure about the American experience, but it's not the students that need a better education but the teachers. Even in high school I had teachers too lazy or incompetent to hammer home the work, one English teacher reduced my grades from A to C in the space of a year, my last year Math teacher got her working wrong and then claimed the textbook was wrong. ;)
