The wealth of corporations is unparallelled, except perhaps, some governments. For the (parasite) progressive, it's the goose that lays the golden egg. Profits mean tax revenue, contributions to "infrastructure" that would be unachievable without the voluntary collectivism of the corporation, yielding far more wealth than its parts alone.

But the (parasite) progressive wants to kill corporations? Why?

Only reason I can think of is they think they can replace the abundance of the voluntary collectivism of the corporation with their own, failed compusory collectivism.

They hate them because they work.

"There are those in this country who cannot see a thin man standing next to a fat man and conclude the fat man got that way by taking something from the other fellow." Ronald Reagan.

"Some people's approach is: If it moves, tax it. If it still moves, regulate it. If it stops moving, subsidize it."

Don't worry. Corporations don't feel too bad. Republicans have apologized to them.

I apologize.

Rep. Barton apologizes to BP

The conservative Supreme Court has made them citizens so even Hugo Chavez owned CITGO can put as much money into US elections as he wants.

And finally, Republicans love corporations so much, they gave them tax breaks and subsidies so they could move to China where they build suicide factories and pay people working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for 88 dollars a month. AND they get to sleep in nice clean dorms.

2.4 million jobs lost due to China from 2001-2008 | The Economic Populist

Inside China factory hit by suicides - CNN

Young workers move quickly from modern, clean dormitories to huge mess halls and then to their jobs on the assembly lines, making everything from Apple's iPad and iPhone, to Dell computers, and products for Hewlett Packard and Sony.

More than 300,000 people sleep, eat and work here. There are three hospitals, a fire station, supermarkets and restaurants all crammed on less than a square mile (2.3 square kilometers.)

Republicans say, "If only Americans could be more like them." (sigh)

Those were progressive initiatves, not conservative policies. Government interference in those markets finally crashed them.

Those industries were killed by government intervention long before government bailouts made them merely dead men walking.

idiot.

bill and melinda gates
warren buffet

liberals...

nah, they don't earn any money.

you are proving yourself even more useless than expected.

You've probably named the two liberal CEOs in America. Remember John Mackey? CEO of Whole Foods. HE was a liberal icon until he proposed health care reform that didnt involve a gov't takeover of the system. Then he was scum, attacked relentlessly by the Left.
You are more incoherent than usual.

The auto industry was killed by government forced unionization and unreasonable government imposed emissions requirements. The banking industry was killed by government imposed social engineering and quotas instead of lending to creditworthy customers.

Who was for TARP? Gee, government crashed the banking system by forcing them to lend to uncreditworthy borrowers. It was mighty white of government to try and fix it, feckless as it was.
