All this hostility towards universal health care reveals the dark facet of America's national character.

The selfish, mean, cold-hearted, brutal AMERICAN INDIVIDUALISM that considers poor people as LOSERS, as the "dead ends" of Social Darwinism's race.

Ironically and paradoxically, this is a dark facet of something good since we are talking about the same AMERICAN INDIVIDUALISM that was instrumental in turning America into an economic powerhouse, the freest, most prosperous nation known to man.

I consider the title to be crypto-racist because Obama's black ya know.

Perhaps it's considered dark. However it appears those days are over, including the results. No longer an economic powerhouse, no longer free, prosperous.
