Kind of a update. The warrants issued by this court in the Russian interference in the 2016 elections have been shown to be obtained by false evidence. Why has this court not looked into it and voided them. This is the question? Anyone with legal training have an answer?

The same court, with the same lack of oversight, and the same freedom to authorize anything, with or without any real evidence for the warrant, is active now. And that same court, with the same lack of oversight, and the same massive overreaching authority, is under the control of, and doing the bidding of, Trump. Who do you think Trump is using that authority on right now? Trump’s enemies are not Foreign Spies, but domestic opponents. Do you think that Trump isn’t using that court to spy on those enemies? Do you think that might be the information he is threatening to declassify and release if the Democrats come after him?

My point is that nobody seems to mind using underhanded and unethical not to mention unconstitutional means to get their enemy. It is a major problem if someone uses it on the people they like. For me, it’s always a problem.
