I say it's the one that opens your heart to God. Interpretation of scripture is spirtual discernment. The primary message of scripture is the love of God rather than the justification of selfishness. When scripture teaches us to love God and to love others, we have correctly interpreted scripture. We are to love God first, and then we are to love others, as we love ourselves. If we embrace and follow this belief, we are following God’s will for our lives and we are not living in sin. Love is the basis for all of God’s laws, old and new. Sin is the absence or distortion of this love.

Scripture teaches the law of God and the grace of God. If only one side is emphasized, we have incorrectly interpreted scripture.
