News from The Associated Press -- the House has passed a bill delaying action on the debt ceiling to May 15.

The can will be kicked down the road, and kicked down the road, until we hit the end of the road . . . and I think that the end of the road is a lot closer than we expect it to be!

It will continue to be kicked down the road until the American people force their hand and that's unlikely to happen any time soon since a large portion of the country doesn't pay attention and another large portion doesn't actually believe our debt is a problem.

And come May 15th nothing will get done because everyone in congress wants to
get out of town to start their 6 month summer recess.....

So we kick the can down the road again well on our way to being $20 trillion in debt....

And do the Libs give a shit.
They are too busy trying to get Obama classified as a GOD.

Ryan is playing games with America's future. This video if from the House Budget Committee web site. Ryan talks about solving the problem but rather than addressing the debt ceiling he makes sure it is kicked only so far down the road. Even then it is not a clean bill, HR 325, they play games with pay. More than that it was passed by the rules committee by Ryan, Boehner, and Cantor and the Democrats weren't even informed there was a vote. House Republicans are currently the biggest roadblock to getting a budget passed. They are the ones who need to get off the playground and get to work.
