I waited all night for the call from Oslo telling me that I had won the Nobel Peace Prize. Instead, it went to a Chinese dissident. And now we see that the Conservatives and the Communist regime in China have yet another thing in common. Besides wanting to lower the standard of living for the working class and wanting desperately to get as many American jobs to China, the Communist regime and the American Conservative movement are pissed off about the Nobel laureate. Nobel Peace Prize awarded to jailed Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo - CSMonitor.com
It's too bad that the NPP means not much of anything at this point. This Chinese dissident really deserves it, but now that the NPP has been so marginalized, fewer will really take the time to care about Liu.
Why? Why? WHY? Why does he deserve it? What are HIS future accomplishments? Hmm? Answer me that, Miss Know It All?
I tend to believe that, if scientific polling asked the question: "Is the Nobel Peace Prize a noteworthy, significant award?" only American Conservatives would answer in the negative.
