How is it that a dude in a rope line can ask a question (theoretical or not ) and get more attention paid to it than any debate moderator ?

These candidates are treated like fucking babies. Is the establishment so afraid of their failings that they have to hide them from those of us who they work for ?

:eusa_naughty: hmmmn ... remind me what candidate made a big deal of this guy, again? :eusa_eh:

I think it was M-c-C-a-i-n? What he did by making this guy the #1 topic was to divert attention from his losing campaing, while making a mockery out of every "blue collar worker" in the country. :eusa_eh:

The media made a big deal out of Joe and McCain ran with it. Actually Obama gave him a lot of attention too by spending such a long time trying to explain things for Joe. Joe the plumber.
A mockery of blue collar workers ? pfffffffffft :eusa_hand:

Joe was merely symbolic, the scenario and response to it are the real issue, no matter how you people try to spin it.

Apparently McCain was right on this. Have you noticed his advance in the polls lately?

Yes, it was too perfect. The guy just happened to be going from $249K to $251K and so he was the guy at the very bottom of the top 1%. And we were supposed to feel sorry for him.

And he makes $40k. Loser.

So how sorry should I feel for the guy who makes $300K who will have to pay an extra $1500 under Obama?

Or the guy that makes $400K who will pay an extra $4500?

Why don't they send one of these guys to an Obama rally to cry to our crowds. We're hurting, and these rich people are crying because the unfair tax break Bush gave them is going bye bye?

And they threaten us everytime with this shit. We won't be able to hire anyone. Isn't that what they say everytime we raise minimum wages too?

The tax breaks for Corporations are over too. You gonna move out of the US? Not on Obama's watch. I'm sure you have competition. We'll just do business with them. Maybe there is a Mexican company that will come to the US and hire Americans in order to take advantage of our markets. You defectors will be tarriffed!!! :eusa_hand:

Whenever Joe the Plumber makes an appearance on TV, Obamabots can heard in the background yelling:

"Kill Him!"

:D

And in furthur developments Palin may get a 7 million dollar book deal! :eusa_whistle::lol:

My life has been a lot more interesting than hers... where is my book deal? I'll take 1 million. Besides, isn't it illegal for a public executive to make money from a private endeavor?

Sure it has David. But I believe they already made a movie about you.... I believe it was "The 40 year old Virgin".

Actually, it wasn't the guy the Republicans made a big deal of. It was his question, which revealed Obama as a socialist.

The lib media hopped on it so nobody would notice that they were spending exactly zero time interviewing Ayers or the hospital where Michelle was supposed to be working, or any of the many people Obama allegedly helped out when he was working as a "community organizer".

exactly--quick kill the messenger.

Nothing to see here, move along. :eusa_whistle:

We know more confidential information about Joe the Plumber than we do about our pres-elect. Oh I can't wait until the liberals correct me and tell me that Obama did the talk show circuit for the last 2 years and therefore he is transparent in 5...4...3...2...

A montage of clips from the Charlie Rose Show, from October 30, 2008.

Charlie Rose and Tom Brokaw come to some startling conclusions about Barack Obama -- just days before the election.
