Unlike as usual, there is a payment, line 63, that is a refundable tax credit--either $400.00 or $800.0--in the event The Great Entreprenuerial Spirit left anyone out the COLA or the Year-End Bonus for this year! Anyone can qualify, who is eligible to file a U. S. income tax form. It is payable, even if there is no federal income tax owed.
People who are not eligible to file, of course, don't qualify: About 6.5 bil. people. Widespread Wealth Worldwide, this is not.
