After watching bowl games again I've come to the conclusion that the Big Ten is utter garbage.

It used to be that Ohio State lifted the whole conference, especially after winning a National title a few years back. But now that they just got humiliated 31 to zip, I'm ready to flush the whole division down the commode.

The final route has started with USC up a touchdown over Penn State who should have stayed in PA with their pedo coaches.

I think all 5 of the top tier conferences are about equal in Football. This wasn't the B1G's year....

Let's not lie to ourselves here. Who has dominated the NCG for the last decade or so?

Nobody.

Conferences may not have outshined each other. But one school did.

I assume you mean Alabama. If they win this year they'll be 5 of the last 11.....not a bad run.

But when you look at things in time perspective.......

The Big 10 has been overrated for years.

They have only become slightly better by brining the likes of Nebraska and Penn State into the conference.

The SEC has won 12 national titles in this time frame.

They have dominated.

If you count from 2003, when the SEC kinda took over, they have won 9 out of 13.

That is dominance. I see LSU is back now. Yippee.

Big 10 had four teams ranked in the top ten (Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin)

Only Wisconsin won its bowl game and they beat a MAC team

yet next year when the polls come out, the Big ten will be in the top 10.......

And they will stay there until they face an SEC team.

Rinse, wash, repeat.

SEC teams seldom play out of the South. Home and home non conference games are unheard of. The PAC 12 and Big 10 play each other in home and home games regularly.

SEC play a lot of soft non conference games to pad their records and never on their away schedule. Non-conference teams will sacrifice their players for the big pay day to play in large stadiums in the SEC. They can make more money in one game against a SEC team then in 6-7 home games.

Since Saban arrived, Alabama has played season openers with Clemson, VA Tech, Michigan, WVA, Wisconsin & USC. We also had a home and away deal with Penn State (pity it wasn't renewed after 2 games).

All were played a bus stop away from Alabama. I was talking about home and home non-conference games, and I didn't mean Beth-Cooking school or Chatnacoocoo..

The Big10 went 3-7 in bowls this year. The Big10 East went 0-5. Northwestern currently holds the conference's longest winning streak at 2 games.
