The people I know with Down’s syndrome are well taken care of.

The solution is not to have them to begin with. The people that I know with severe cognitive disabilities are incapable of navigating any system---SSI---or even for basic needs. Basic needs. Food, shelter, clothing etc.

Not only do people know this, they are counting on them not being able to fight back. That is depraved morality.
