Well crap...feel kinda bad now.
The guy said he put $6500 in it.
I know nothing about 4wd's or Jeeps. But two guys in production have been Jeep enthusiast since they were kids.
The guy wasn't exaggerating. He put a 4" lift kit on it, new wheels, new 4-10 rear end, exhaust...hihg brand lock outs etc.
These guys say it is worth a solid $7000 as it sits.
The guy was laid off last August and sold it because he had to.

Dang it.

Yeah, and 35. a gallon left enough to drive the strip and still buy a hambuger & shake from a roller skating queen at the drive in. We have a place called Sonic, now, that has revived that thrill for the oldies. Here was my first ride, bought 2nd hand for $300. from a friend. 312 cu. in. 4 barrel. Rodchester carb I think. I put dump tubes on it, and actually got asked to leave Arizona or go to jail over loud pipe violations. The judge sighed when I come into his court room.
