It's Stated that "All men are created Equal" In the Constitution.. And That's why I honestly could care less if they do indeed marry.

I think many individuals are forgetting to probe a more larger point. The overall issue is not the ceremonial aspect of marriage that is being denied to homosexual couples, but rather the benefits. What we need to examine further is what the state's interests are in providing benefits to married heterosexual couples. Does the state have legitimate interests in providing marriage benefits to heterosexuals? If so, what are they? We can't toss around the term "discrimination" until those questions are answered.
