Castro mentioned in his speech how Obama saved millions of jobs with the auto bailouts. If that were true, then why did Chrysler close down plants?

Also, GM has been succeeding, has nothing to do with Obama though. They expanded their market over in China. The Chinese are buying up Buicks like crazy.
