You know............male on male rapes have happened for many years.

I remember when I was stationed with VFA-131 in the late 80's/early 90's and an incident like this occurred. Seems that an E-5 had a house party and one of the people that was there was a young E-3 who had just checked in a couple of months before. He went to the party, got drunk, and was raped by the E-5.

Only reason I knew about it was because I had to process the paperwork, and the dude that got raped was moved to the YN office (only officers go there usually), and they tried to keep it quiet as much as possible, because not only was it a bad situation, but it was also a big embarrassment for the command.

And, that wasn't under Obama's watch, it was back in the late 80's/early 90's.
