Trump Thank You Stormy!

What Nixon did was a mite more serious than what Clinton did, don't you think? Anyway, that was back when Republicans had morals. No more.
Bill lied under oath--very serious

I'd be careful of flinging around judgment about perjury. If you're a Trump supporter, that is.

Let us know if Trump ever goes under oath. Until then, fling away.

his own lawyers don't want him to. why would that be?

trump said he wanted to months ago. why is his lawyers trying to narrow down the boundaries to a point they even wanted it to be a written Q&A? if the dude has nothing to hide, why hasn't it happened yet?
Because you never, unless you really have to, put yourself in a situation where they can ask whatever questions they want and you have to answer them. Mueller has no boundaries on his investigation, so why would anyone put themselves in that situation?

uh-huh. innocence doesn't require an ironclad memory.

Richard Nixon. If the republicans circled the wagons like the democrats did for Clinton, there would had been no President Ford.

Moore - it was all allegations. Allegations credible enough that he lost where no republican should lose.

Trump - no high crimes nor mistamers at this time to cause circling the wagons, as was the case with Clinton. Yes, pergury is a valid reason to be removed from office. Also, many republicans have been openly against him and will turn against Trump if the going gets tough.

Because you don't go under oath unless you absolutely have to when there's a prosecutor with nearly unlimited power and resources trying to create a case against you.

That's what any lawyer worth his salt would do regardless of the client.

not an adequate answer. trump hasn't even shown his tax returns. why? why would that be? & don't say anything about being 'audited'...

now let's see how you defend that.

Simply because he doesn't have to. Why is this hard to understand?

In this legal system, a prosecuter with nearly unlimited power and resources can make even the most innocent look guilty. When you're up against that, you need the best legal assistance you can get. What, do you really think in this case he could rely on just being innocent? Pul-leeze.

you are being groomed to believe that.

true- he doesn't HAVE to. but why wouldn't he when it's normal protocol? what is he afraid of? he should do everything possible to prove that he is above reproach. he can't - that's why & your feeble attempt at defending his reasons are rather flaccid.

he has all the money in the world to have the best defense possible if here is any defending to be had. you are being manipulated into thinking he's being set up. you are going to be one of the crazies who will think that when the shit hit the fan... that you will say all the evidence is fabricated, riiiiiiiiight? trump can be on tape & you'll still say it's fake.

I don't know his reasons and don't have to. Being above reproach is not synonymous with being okay with strangers desperately searching every part of your financial dealings, looking for something to pretend outage about.

That's stupid. Of course if the evidence shows he broke the law he should be tried. But you are hopelessly naive if you think being innocent would protect you in these circumstances without skilled legal representation protecting you.
