For a family of two, we don't qualify. So we pay the full amount as do many working middle class.

No state, county, property, federal, workman's comp, unemployment, health care, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid, sales tax, taxes placed on electric, water, sewer, gas, internet, phone and all other taxes? Then subsidize the business by paying employee wages? I can't see any government agency giving up all that revenue. I can businesses finding all sorts of loop holes, but they find them now.
