I cannot divulge my hypotheses, or give the results of my study unless I get assigned an agenda & some government funding to motivate me to write my skewed biased thesis to fit their political agenda. I will then publish a peer reviewed study along with biased data to fool the readers of the Scientific Journal that will accept anything at face value without question. The study will be all the buzz in the scientific & political community making me a serious Nobel Prize contender.

Do not even attempt to file a FOIA request because I will come up with some BS reason like my dog ate the data. This is as transparent as I will get on this topic.
