The plans are ALL ACA Compliant now, the only NON compliant plan you can buy is a Temp plan and only for usually less than a year....so YES people can buy from somewhere other than the Exchange, but ALL of the plans are compliant.

All plans are not the Federal Exchange - that is buying insurance though the government and qualifying for subsidies.

You can go into a State Farm and purchase insurance without any of the subsidies, or any of the "Socialism" and walk away insured, although a lot poorer, the same way you did before Obamacare.

That insurance has to comply with the new regulations that all insurance now has to comply with, like no more pre-existing conditions, etc. but that's not Obamacare, and that's not what Ted Cruz has railed against.

If you disagree, show me one time that Ted Cruz has spoken specifically against the pre-existing condition rule. Or the "kids stay on until they are 26" rule.
